About the Role:

NTT DATA Services is hiring Customer Care Associates to support its U.S. healthcare clients. The role focuses on performing outbound calls to insurance companies to resolve outstanding accounts receivables, processing denied claims, and ensuring compliance with client service level agreements (SLAs). This role is critical to ensuring timely medical claim resolution and patient data confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner to meet or exceed client-defined SLAs.
• Perform outbound calls to U.S. insurance companies to collect on outstanding accounts receivables.
• Review remittance advice and take appropriate action on claims to facilitate payment resolution.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and/or written communication regarding unpaid or denied insurance claims.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while maintaining productivity standards.
• Attend training sessions to enhance knowledge in Accounts Receivable and maintain compliance credentials.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Key Technical Skills:

Windows PC applications, Customer Service, Communication Skills

Requirements:

Education: University degree or equivalent requiring at least 3+ years of formal English language study.

Computer Skills: 1+ year of experience using Windows PC applications, including proficiency with keyboard use, screen navigation, and new software tools.

Service Experience:

• 6+ months in a service-oriented role involving communication (written or verbal) with English-speaking customers.
• 1+ year in a role applying business rules to unique situations and making decisions accordingly.

Schedule: Must be able to work a regular Monday–Friday shift from 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
